Product Description

Leather smelter and furnace boot that is water, heat and flame resistant. The sole construction is puncture resistant, with an ultra-high temperature resistant rubber outsole that is oil and slip resistant. The half-knee boot (minimum height 203mm) has a quick release Velcro^® closure system, shock absorbing removable foot bed, a permanently attached external metatarsal guard and is electrical shock resistant to 18 000 volts.

Leather: 2.2mm to 2.4mm full grain flame, heat and water resistant leather.
Lining: Synthetic.
Foot bed: Removable foot bed with optimal weight distribution system to absorb and dissipate shock and the pressure associated with the stress of excessive walking and standing for long periods. Made of permanent anti-bacterial and anti-odour treated high density foam.
Outsole: Ultra-high heat resistant rubber compound. Oil resistant. Non-slip. Non-marking.
Midsole: Puncture resistant textile.
Toe cap: Light, non-magnetic alloy. Impact resistant to 200J
Shank: Light, non-magnetic alloy.
External Metatarsal Guard: Non-magnetic, permanently attached.
Reflective Material: 500 CPL 3M^® silver retro-reflective tape on heel.
Stitching thread: Ultra-high heat and molten metal resistant.
